Zombies Contracts & Mission Types
BO7 flips the classic round system into a contract-driven progression similar to DMZ and Outbreak. Every contract increases your World Tier—Treyarch's modern version of BO7 Bot Lobbies "rounds."
Common Contract Types
Secure Zone – Hold down a contaminated area
Purge Nest – Clear Aether-infested biomass
Escort Drone – Protect a scouting drone
Elite Hunt – Track and kill an elite zombie variant
Data Recovery – Defend terminals as they upload intel
World Tier Difficulty
Instead of Round 1, 2, 3… you progress via World Tiers:
Tier 1: Slow zombies, low health
Tier 2: Faster, more aggressive
Tier 3: Regular elite zombies
Tier 4+: Chaos begins
Tier 5+: "Extract or die" territory
Contracts = Progression
Complete more → enter higher tiers → get better rewards.
Best Starter Weapons in BO7 Zombies
AMR9 (SMG)
Ideal for tight interior Dead Zones. Fast reloads, great handling.
Krig 6C (AR)
The safest all-around weapon. Low recoil, reliable ammo use, and great mid-tier survivability.
WSP-9 (SMG)
A cheap wall-buy with excellent mobility—perfect for starting players.
Combat Knife
Still elite for early salvage farming and one-hit kills during opening tiers.
Pack-a-Punch System
BO7's Pack-a-Punch stays true to Treyarch's classic formula:
PaP Tiers
Tier 1 – 5,000 Essence: +50% damage
Tier 2 – 15,000 Essence: Unlocks elemental mod
Tier 3 – 30,000 Essence: +100% damage boost
Elemental Mods
Cryo-Freeze – Best for early game control
Dead Wire – The late-game meta
Napalm Burst
Brain Rot
Recommended progression:
Start with Cryo-Freeze → switch to Dead Wire in late tiers.
How to Survive Longer in BO7 Zombies
Rotate constantly—don't camp.
Camping is dead in BO7. Rotations = survival.
Upgrade armor before PaP.
Tier 2 armor is more impactful than a Tier 1 PaP gun.
Carry Stims and Semtex.
Stims save lives, Semtex clears tight rooms.
Know when to BO7 Bot Lobbies for sale extract.
If you reach Tier 4 with no perks or armor, extraction is the smart play.
Solo strategy:
Stick to rooftops and long-sightline labs for safe looping.
